Disrespect of Ice in Paradise staff or other users of the Success Center will not be tolerated.

Theft, destruction, or vandalism of property will not be condoned.

Disruptive behavior will not be allowed, such as yelling or throwing projectiles.

Users will only use workstations for work or school related activities.

No food or drinks will be allowed in the Success Center, with the exception of closed tumblers or sealable water bottles.

Users should be considerate of the space and needs of others in the room (loud music, group conversation, etc). The use of headphones is required when listening to audio from any device such as the workstations, personal laptops, or cellular devices.

Users should clear their workstations or the spaces used and remove any personal items in a timely fashion for the arrival of the next person.

Users of the Success Center must check-in and check-out with the Success Center Director when they use the Success Center.

Users of the Success Center must reserve the use of workstations or the study table in advance, with the exception of scheduled drop-in study hall sessions.

Arrive on time for your reserved timeslot of the Success Center space. To help ensure our resources are fully utilized, if you arrive 15 or more minutes late, your spot might be forfeited for someone else's use.

After the use of any of the workstations, follow the log-off procedure of the workstation, so it can be ready for the next person.

The Success Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items including the loss of files or other digital works created during the session. Workstations will be restarted between sessions and users should mindfully export/print/backup their work accordingly.

Ice in Paradise reserves the right to immediately revoke or suspend the use of the Success Center space to users who violate our policies.

SUCCESS CENTER DISCLAIMERS

The Success Center space is first come, first serve, if you did not previously reserve your spot, there might not be space available to accommodate you.

There is no guarantee that a match be made between an individual looking to be tutored and a tutor.

Not all volunteer applicants will be used or placed for the Success Center.

The Success Center is composed of a volunteer workforce. If we don't have volunteers, we will try to inform individuals beforehand and have a replacement study session.

Our Hours of Operation are subject to change, but we'll endeavor to provide advance notice if possible.

The Success Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items including the loss of files or other digital works created during the session. We will not be able to replace nor recover any of the lost items or files.

The Success Center is not a daycare; if an individual is dropped off outside Ice in Paradise, it is the responsibility of that individual to check-in with the Success Center Director.

To help ensure that our resources are fully utilized, if you registered for a spot but arrive 15 minutes late, your spot might be forfeited for someone else's use.
