Under the supervision of the General Manager. From operations to facility upkeep, oversees corporate and private functions at a busy event space.

Performs a variety of duties with a primary focus on excellent customer service.

Maintains all equipment and the ice surface, and ensures facility safety for employees and patrons.

Under the supervision of the General Manager and Concessions Manager. Performs a variety of customer service related duties and assists the manager on duty with general operations of concessions.

Primary focus is monitoring skaters on the ice and ensuring optimal ice conditions.

Under the general supervision of the Camp Director. Performs a variety of activities related to the functions required to maintain the Camp Programs at the recreational facility. 

Duties and responsibilities are performed under the supervision and direction of the Hockey Director. Responsible for knowing and enforcing all the laws and rules of the game, as well as knowing and enforcing all rules and regulations set forth by the facility.

Responsible for demonstrating proper skating and hockey techniques as a coach and performing various administrative and supervisory activities.
